You have a couple of different options when it comes to getting me out to photograph your property.
I will chose the best possible angles of your property to show it only at its very best. I will photograph the rooms in your house which I feel are the most appealing.If you have something specific which you would like to be done then feel free to have a chat to me about it when booking your shoot. Post production editing means that even on the worst Melbourne winter day, your house will be transformed into a light, bright space with blue skies to boot! This is slightly cheaper, you receive around 8-12 images, day shoots start at $150.
This is best for premium properties, shooting at sunset helps to capture the warm tones of your property when it is bathed in soft light. I will take anywhere from 15-25 images of your property. Obviously if there is a pool and tennis court then I will be taking closer to 25 images. Pricing for twilight starts at $300

I will provide a fast 24hr turn around time on your images, you will receive high and low resolution ready for printing and loading straight onto the website. If you wish the images to be watermarked that is also not a problem. All images are digitally altered with blue skies dropped into the images. Please note that I cannot remove powerlines etc from the photos.
